Hi, I’m Rachel

I work with leaders who are responsible for a lot—people, projects, results, and culture—and who often feel like they’re the ones quietly holding everyone else up.

My background spans 17 years in corporate, where I lived the realities of cross-functional work, shifting priorities, and the pressure to perform. Along the way, I began consulting with mid-sized, often founder-led companies and discovered how much I loved being a thought partner to owners and leaders. Over the last 8+ years, I’ve also been coaching and developing leaders across industries.

I started Elevate North to bring all of that together—to offer both consulting and coaching under one strengths-led, people-centered approach. I’ve been the go-to problem solver, the one who can connect the dots, calm the chaos, and move things forward—and I know firsthand what it feels like to protect your own energy and family while everything around you speeds up. That’s the lens I bring to every partnership.

I’m here to help you lead as yourself—not who someone else thinks you should be.
